Convention for the exchange of Money Orders between the Post Office Department of the United States of America and the Post Office of the Colony of Hongkong.

Art. 1.

There shall be a regular exchange of Money Orders between the United States of America and the Colony of Hongkong.

Art. 2.

The amounts of Orders in both directions shall be expressed in United States money, and on account of the frequent fluctuations in the rate of exchange between the two countries, it is agreed that all sums shall be converted into their proper equivalents by the Hongkong Post Office; that is to say, the sums received by the Hongkong Post Office for orders drawn on the United States shall be converted at the current rate.
